Very disappointed in Masters. Brought a dress in with a broken zipper and very clearly discussed what I was looking for. Dress cane back with a blue zipper (black and white dress) and it was the wrong zipper type. Individual at the cleaners said the zipper was black, we went back and forth and she finally agreed. The stitching was also sloppy and showed through on the dress, also in blue. Just sent it back because I had already paid so hoping for a better result. Did I mention it was ready 1 week later than I was quoted and now I have to wait another week? Not impressed. |

Here's my follow-up:
Not recommending - took 3 weeks for a dress to be ready, messed it up once and when it was finally supposed to be done they made me pick it up from the tailor across town. The tailor said they were told to just use a cheap (blue) zipper (dress is black and white) because I didn't care!! Did I merkin the tailor will do it for half the price directly and when I got to the tailors they hadn't even started fixing the dress?? And I waited until the end of the day and everything! Very poor business, vert disappointed and will not go back! |
